Chia Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients

3/4 cup (194 g) frozen cherries

3/4 cup (185 g) plain kefir

1/4 tsp (0.6 g) cinnamon

1 tbsp (12 g) chia seeds

1/4 - 1/2 (15 g) cup water

2 tbsp (18 g) almonds

Directions

In a blender, blend together cherries, kefir, cinnamon, chia seeds, and 1/4 cup water. Add more water more thinner consistency if desired. Serve with a side of almonds.
